Feeling "Famished" Last two days, eating normally

The last two days I have been feeling famished, even after eating normally. Starting Sunday, and all day today.. no matter what I have eaten, I have felt famished. When I eat I get less hungry, but still feel extremely hungry. I am not sure if it is actual hunger I am feeling, or a form of stomach pain. I have been passing a lot of gas as well, and burping a lot these last two days - but I have never felt this feeling before.

Sunday I had a chicken breast grilled with olive oil for lunch with 1 cup of egg noodles; and for dinner i had the same chicken but with rice, 1 cup, and a few pieces of broccoli. Total around 2,000 calories.

Today I had 2 egg whites and one whole egg scrambled for breakfast, then for lunch a premade cobb salad, and for dinner 1 cup mac n cheese, some tuna salad, leftover chicken, and lettuce. For snacks I had some vegetarian sushi today. Total around 2,000 calories.

Nothing out of the normal, eating wise. The only changes is Thursday I started taking Vitamin D Tablets (prescribed by my doctor), B12 Supplement (1/day) and Fish Oil Tablets (2/day).

I do not have diabetes, nor am I pre-diabetic. I just had blood tests done last week, everything normal other than the Vitamin D and b12 deficiency.

Would appreciate any help. I do not feel tired (more than normal at least), or "weak"...just very hungry.

Your diet looks too low in calories. 2000 calories is more of a diet for a man to lose weight. Try eating more...get up to 2500 at least. try eating more protein...eggs ,meat, fish, cheese. That will help the B12 . More dairy produce will help the vit D.
