Feeling frustrated!

hi all.

Had my first band fill 3 weeks ago. Not lost an ounce. Feeling no restriction or difference at all.

really expected to have lost some weight.

it seems that it takes 3 badfills to really work. But will the weight start coming off after that? Interested to hear how others have done.

since my first band fill ive lost just under a stone - very slowly 1lb a week some weeks 2lb others and other weeks put 1lb on too.  Its difficult when you have birthdays and nights out but at least it is coming off and without being banded id have never got this far.
