Hi I've Been struggling with my speech since last july I had a funny turn my mouth went droopy and my speech went ga ga my accent changed and now I'm left with a speech impediment and the medicam

I have the same problem! I started with a speech issue,mother muscles on the right side of my face began to spasm and eventually I was diagnosed with Hemifacial Spasm. I'm not even sure if the speech is connected to the Hemifacial Spasm, as every time I ask the Doctors, I can't seem to get a straight answer and they sort of just brush it off. I am positive there is a connection, but they don't seem to really know for sure, and my internet research isn't providing any information either. I do find that my speech problem is worse when stressed but not in every case.
