Does anybody get a funny feeling over their body at night when you trying to rest at from perimenpause. Every since I started perimenpause I get a funny feeling like I can't sleep than later I fall asleep about 12 or 1.

I think I can relate to that feeling with me when I get into bed the minute I doze off like funny feeling wakes me up can't explain properly horrible I wonder if it's Anxiety doing..because I think hormones take control when your sleeping and does all sorts to you but I guess it's all harmless.

Yep me to, it's a horrid feeling, I tryed to explain to my doc that it's as tho it's in your blood going all around you body, and I can't keep still then in bed, it takes me around 3 hours to fall asleep every nite, then I still wake 3/4 time during the nite😡...
I think during the day because we are busy, or just moving around you don't feel it so much, when we go to bed, and try to relax then I can feel the feeling comin on, and I think nooooo please not again, and this as been like it for the last 3/4 years since menopause started, I'm hoping once I'm through the other end of this the feeling will go to, as it does drive me mad, what with all the other symptoms we put up with while going through this dam menopause, I hate the feeling at nite the most, so bless you, I think I know what your going through 😩 We do have a hard time what us woman have to go through, and I can't take HRT either, so the doc just seems to say ' get on with it ' I try the best I can to take mind mind of it if you can, BUT it's so bloody hard as drives you mad.,,

I hate the feeling to have you know anybody that say perimenpause making them lost weight out the blue. I started all this s**t and Oct sorry for the word, it's driving me up the damn walls. The sleepless nite, dizziness, the weight lost,bags under my eyes, the dry face,the join pain the skipping heartbeats, the funny feeling when I am trying to sleep does all this pass. It's hell I don't know what to do, sometime I find myself crying about things. F**k I am tired really I am I pray I talk god for a little easy way. I know this god nature way it's life I need help I trying to go through with out med.

I know it's soooo crap all the symptoms that go with the menopause, but I'm afraid untill it passes by and you are through the other end this is what we have to put up with sorry...
Mines been 4 years now, and I pray that it will come to a end soon, then I can only hope that my body returns back to some kind of norm🤔...
I can't have HRT which suppose to be really good, so I try all this herbal stuff to help, and it does take the edge of things, but they not gone completely..
We are all different tho, so some people can go on with menopause symptoms for up to 10 yrs where's other may be lucky and only get two years of this crap...
So unfortunately it's just a mater of trying your best to live through this, and beleave me it's very hard, some days will be ok, and other will be total crap😡 But you will come through this, that's one thing we all can say, when, who knows...

I use to be on the depo injection, through my thirties and forties and didn't have a period whopee😆 And I was told if I stay on that till I'm 55 then I will prob go through menopause without knowing...
Well I'd got a few symptoms when I was around 48/49 when I hit 50 I through sod it im coming off depo, can't be that bad menopause lol, well hell let lose when I did, all the symptoms started comin, so after a year I went back on the depo but it didn't work, still had every thing thrown at me, so waste of time and I came of the depo again, and this is where I am now at 53 😩....
But I feel for you so much, as not easier this stuff we are going through xx

Dawn I am 48 now everything hit me last year. I try to eat right no junk foods I am doing my best . Yes it's hard going through.
