Hi,

After a few days I am still feeling great. No problems (side-effects) at all, just eating healthy and low on fat.

The pills also seem to give less hunger during the day than I had before. This is ok ofcourse, it is something you guys also had?

What about eating salmon. I love to eat fish, but wondering about this fish because it is a fatty one.

Too high in fat although i believe wild salmon is ok but i don't eat it i just remember someone telling me that years ago. Most fish is ok though apart from the ones over 5g per 100g doh! lol

    Hi Monique :-)

Glad to hear its going well for you so far, you will soon get the hand of what to eat if you read the posts in the forum. I love fish and salmon is one of my favourites, but it is going to have to wait until I shift my weight, as you said "a lot of other fishes in the sea!"
