is there anyway you can get some mental health counseling? Seems like you need support right now and it’s difficult to try to do this on your own.
you may need consistent weekly counseling at least for now. You could do it virtually if that works for you. overthinking can get you into a terrible state of mind. I know how it feels. The problem with overthinking is that it’s not based on facts.
much of what we think about is only based on the emotion of fear. And worry about the future even if it’s just tomorrow. Those worries are not reality. So then we create more anguish for ourselves than we need to. That’s where counseling could come in for you! Take one day at a time. And take care of yourself.

Hello, I hope you are okay. I agree with what Jan has commented on your post - I read once with anxiety, when your mind is going everywhere else, you need to bring yourself back to the present moment and enjoy the present moment because a lot of these feelings or fears you’re experiencing may not even happen, and if they do, you can get through it. I would advise for the short term, some positive reading tips, seeing a therapist or doctor, and talking about your fears, your past mental health and any trauma and triggers you may have. Congratulations on your new job aswell! Starting a new job can be daunting at any time, and going back to work after a baby and post partum psychosis is a challenge! you should be very proud of yourself. Deep breaths are also helpful for short term, and speaking to any close friends you trust or family. its great you have come off medication also, but keep an open mind on them if you felt they helped you before. All the best x
