Feeling hot

Hey guys me again, hope you're all okay. I was just wondering if anyone else feels hotter than they actually am, there's a few times where I feel boiling and I ask people to feel my head and stuff etc and they say its not hot but I feel hot and I take my temp and its within 36.7-36.9 does anyone else get this

    I get this all the time, I’m forever asking people if I feel hot and taking paracetamol Cos I think I’ve got a temperature

    yes i get this and i take my temp and its always normal range about 36.8 degrees. its very strange

    Yes I get very hot then very cold it is an effect of the tablets

    do you get buzzing in your head

    Yep I get this all the time it is a symptom of anxiety hot flushes. You can get them all over your body. Sometimes your checks will go red and feel hot for no reason.

    Yes i get hot flashes and feel my forehead hot all the time. Most Times i even feel myself starting to sweat and then get really cold. Its just another symptom of anxiety
