feeling like a caged animal

I don't want to eat, don't want to socialise don't want to stay here but I like to think it's for my own good. My phone is not working properly don't see the main Dr till tomorrow. Tempted just to run but the police will be called so I'm in catch 22. If I discharge myself I can't guarantee I'll be safe either. So will just have to put up with it I suppose.

Hey darling - I know it's a horrible feeling to be "caged in".  but it will get better! I promise!!! Once you can go for walks and maybe for ice cream you will start to enjoy that all the day to day chores are done by someone else and all you need to do is get better!!!!

I am so proud of you! It means a lot that you were brave enough to go and get help! Asking for help is the hardest part. Everything now will be a pony fest! smile

    Hugs
