so its been over a week now and i still feel like i need to take deep breaths all the time ive had these symptoms in the past but there really bad now and i dont know if its becuase im over thinking it or what but i constantly am taking like huge deep breath and if I can’t get a deep breath then I get like really scared because it makes me think my breathing is not normal. has anyone eles had theses symptoms before? i guess im really scared that ill just stop breathing or somethingmy breathing is like the first thing on my mind when i wake up and throughout the whole entire day even when i think im not thinking about it.. like im even sacred to walk or do too much because i dont wanna feel out of breath or not be able to catch my breath. and if anyone’s had the symptoms how can I treat them

with time these symptoms will gradually be less noticable. i felt like this for two months. try not to think about your breathing and let your body do what its naturally supposed to do

I'm having this exact problem right now. It's like I focus so much on breathing and getting enough air and that overthinking makes my not breathe properly, which in turn makes me panic. I don't know how to stop it. I'm laying on the couch right now not doing what i want because it was happening and i was making myself feel like passing out. I have been practicing breathing exercises and meditation lately using the calm app, which has helped a bit.

also i dont know if im like actually feeling out of breath or if its because im over thinking too much. and i do smoke witch ive been cutting back for the past couple of days witch i know makes you feel out of breath but it never has before. and i dont have asthma or anything like that. can anxiety itself make you feel out of breath even when you think you mot thinking about it?

what would really help you is learning proper breathing technique for anxiety. Go to YouTube and search for mindfulness breathing guided meditation 10 minutes. Another one Is for anxiety and panic. It’s great even if you don’t have panic.
Search for "stop panic attacks now." Then scroll down and look for one called "don’t panic" in Black letters. .. . It’s short, excellent and it really works!
you are focusing way too much on your breathing.you will never stop breathing! Breathing in the human body is automatic. When you sleep it’s automatic.
These meditations help you to take the focus off of that.
listen to them frequently! Take care

That is a very common symptom of anxiety. Its not a pleasant feeling but you can be reassured that you will get enough air and you won't stop breathing. Don't try to stop the feeling but accept it. It won't do you any harm. If you just live with it and get on with normal activities, just as you would if it was an ache in a muscle, it will eventually fade away.
