Feeling like my body is tremoring and shaking when it's not

Does anyone else who has health anxiety have weeks of feeling unbalanced and dizzy when they are walking as well as on going feelings of your body tremoring and shaking inside like extreme nervousness when on the outside its not. This has been going on for weeks and of course I'm convinced I have something sinister. Blood tests are fine and usual doctors nurological tests and still waiting for my specialist appointment and Mri. It starts from the instant I wake up and effects my appetite and makes me so fatigued. This forum has been so helpful as I've never had anxiety before. Thanks in advance

Hi, I'm wondering if you have had any answers/diagnoses regarding your symptoms. My mother has been having the same exact symptoms that you have listed within the initial post as well as those you mentioned within replies. She has not had any answers. Did your symptoms go away? Any help would be so great at this point as no one knows what's going on with her.

    Thank you for you time.
