Hi chunli can I ask why you are sitting in bed all day, are you disabled
I have what I call brain zaps, I suffer with vertigo and I can be perfectly still and it feels like as you say someone has given you a fast shake, I have been checked and nothing untoward so its my crystal in the ears and I do daily exercises when it kicks off
Is it possible you are nodding off when it happens

hello, thank you for you reply, i suspected brains zaps, also just like right now i felt like my whole body and head having like goosbombs also fast one also, as if traveling through. I am not disabled, i just have a problem with my tailbone. sitting on a chair for a very short time will get it inflamed and tooo painful. It would take weeks to get back to my normal state because of it. i work as a web developer from home so yea...
when i told my doctor i feel like i have brain zaps and like electricity passing through, he made me an mri for the head. everything was normal.
all this happened after i preformed a tongue surgery. i had a herma ( something something ) its rare to get it on the tongue. they had to open my mouth so wide to reach the spot. ofc i was on general anasthesia
it was at the back of my tongue. i told my doctor something wrong with my ears even before the surgery felt like popping pressure.
after the surgery if i am not mistake i started feeling this. i dont know how to explain it right, its like electricity or ur body feels cold wave suddenly or more like a shiver passing through.
it only lasts for a second. he checked my ear with that thing they insert with light. he said everything is fine.
4-5 years ago i had vertigo for 1 week after a plane ride. that was it. I travelled many times after, no vertigo.
and deff not nodding off.
