please don’t look this stuff up. It does not pertain to your individual situation. Anxiety and stress definitely can cause a detached feeling! So many people on this site are going through that. I have had that detached feeling more times than I can count and I do not have psychosis. I have had anxiety my whole life.
The detached feeling is merely your brain trying to protect you from what is causing anxiety so it sort of blocks things out.
when you stress out about this, your symptoms can get worse because you were increasing the anxiety. You need to calm yourself down and do some slow deep breathing. You can find some great meditations on YouTube for proper breathing, anxiety, etc.
it’s very helpful to speak with a counselor who specializes in anxiety because they can share with you how anxiety can cause all sorts of symptoms including detached feeling. you are going to be OK ! try to think of what is causing your anxiety, take care of yourself and do things that relax you. ❤

I get times when part of me mentally seems to get detached, almost a feeling of being out of control, almost zombie like Very hard to describe actually but you know when you have it and it's not pleasant. My advice would be not to panic, you'll 'catch up with yourself' after a while - by accepting your condition, that is one of the ways of dealing with it actually

if you ever get panicky, listen to a short meditation called stop panic attack now. She guides you through it and it really helps a lot!

Try a painkiller like anadin sometimes if bad, honestly. Doesn't cure but takes a bit of pressure off in my experience

Don't go on Google, let your emotions happen naturally. A lot of people have anxiety and research other disorders and then think they have them, when it is just you overthinking!
