Feeling Nauseous and Fatigued

Posted , 2 users are following.

I'm 27 years old. Male. South Asian.

I was diagnosed with GERD back in October 2018.

For the past 5 days, I've been having on-and-off nausea and fatigue. Usually when I'm laying down or sleeping, the symptoms are less/disappear. When I press on my stomach I don't feel any real pain or tenderness.

I have been anxious (and slightly depressed) since I'm currently looking for a job and trying to get my life in order.

Does this sound like GERD, axniety, or something else?

Sorry to hear you're having these issues. Anxiety is a definite source of digestive issues. Just look at the floor of the NY stock exchange at the end of the day. Antacid wrappers everywhere.

If your health is otherwise stable, and being jobless is the main cause of the anxiety, I know that USPS is hiring nationwide. There is also Amazon delivery driver and Uber drivers. Truck and school bus drivers are also needed.

Otherwise, you can try juicing different Organic vegetables. Vegetables are the only way to get many nutrients. Nutrient deficiencies can be the cause of many health issues, even mental stability. You can get your protein from boiled eggs or protein powder. If your symptoms improve then your diet is the problem. 90% of all people are deficient on basic nutrients like potassium. These can and will cause issues.

    Keep me posted, John.
