Feeling of fullness/heaviness??

Hello!

After 8 years of remission, I'm in the midst of a flare. I've been back on clob ontiment twice a day. I don't have any itching or burning. But, I'm having a feeling of fullness or heaviness in my vulva. Also like I have a super light weight pulling on it.

Anyone else feel this way? Is this part of the healing process? Or is this just a flare up symptom?

    I have experienced that when its my time of the month. A heaviness. Is it menstrual related perhaps?

    I feEl like this sometimes. I cannot say what it is other than just part of LS. I do get this way the first day or 2 of my cycle but I also feel this way after standing for a long time or if I have a long run. I usually just need to sit down for a little and then feel better
