Feeling of something stuck at the top of my nose, right side

Hi,

looking for some help if any has ever had anything similar?

Basically for the last week or so I've had a feeling of something stick in my right nasal path, at the top of my nose, its there all the time. No amount of blowing my nose does anything. I managed to take some pics with a camera. I sent these to my GP and he gave be antibiotics but it has done nothing.

    Not a medical professional here but maybe you've got a swollen inferior turbinate? You can look it up and see if the symptoms match yours. I've also got something wonky with my right nostril so I've been looking up info regarding this.
