Feeling of unreality on zoloft

Hey all! I have been on zoloft 200 mg 3,5 weeks. A lot of anxiety the first weeks, and still have, but not so much as week 1 and 2. But i have a strange feeling of unreality. Someone else experience that? Will this subside? Feeling weird and not my self!

hey Mary, I had that the first bit on these meds. Like I was in a conversation but not there. It's a weird feeling and thankfully has gone away. Did you start on a lower dose first like 50mg ?

I've been on 100 mg zoloft for 7 years for anxiety. Met rock bottom with depression and anxiety this fall! I went from 100 mg to 200 mg in 5 days! Been on 200 mg for 3,5 weeks! Do not remember how it was to start with AD, only know that it was bad. Still in low mood, dont feel like myself! Just feel trapped in my head

okay so you haven't increased in 7 years then and have been on the 200mg for 3.5 wks. It definitely takes longer then that to level. I am surprised they didn't see how you would be on 150mg first before jumping to 200mg but that could have depended on how you were feeling and it the doctor thought it was needed
