Hi everyone!

Around 2 weeks ago I started having trouble walking, I felt like I'm gonna fall everytime i walk but there was no dizziness in my head ,just this weird feeling. This off balance feeling soon was accompanied by slightly poor coordiantion. I started dropping things and usual activities, like washing dishes, have become really hard for me. Whenever im walking I think Im going to hit the walls or fall over. I'm freaking out every day about brain tumor, MS or other scary diseases. I went to neurologist 4 months ago because of headaches and dizziness and she didnt think anything was wrong with me, so i dont think i should go again? So I'm reaaally hoping this is another horrible anxiety symptom and nothing more sinister. Can anyone realte to this? I need your help guys

Yeah at times it feels like my body wants to walk in circles. Not dizzy but feels like I got to constantly correct myself just a little to walk straight.   Everything you described sounds like anxiety.  I would also get your eyes checked to see if you need glasses or a new prescription.  I know when my anxiety is high my vision problems only adds to it and makes me feel even goofier.  What really sets that feeling off for me is walking on a treadmill for an hour then jumping off and walking on the floor.  It's like the mind forgets how to process movement.

Yuck, I get that too.  When that happens, I know it is time to step back and take care of myself.  I have to work on getting my body and mind relaxed.  Sometimes it happens when I am over tired, over stressed, or started to get sick.  Anyway, it is time for you.  So, do some exercises:  calming breaths, meditation, relaxation exercises, give yourself permission to have a me day and do not feel guilty.  If a pedicure relaxes you, go get one.  If gardening relaxes you, go do it.  Slow things down.  Take your time.  Enjoy the moments-one at a time.  Call a friend or family.  Start a hobbie, Jounal.  Whatever you can truly enjoy and get lost in.  So take it as a positive and enjoy your day.

Hi, yeah I went through a bad time where my depth perception was really off. Was so weird. when I was at my worst I couldn't really stepped correctly because I couldn't judge depth perception. so weird. I don't really get the dizzy or lightheaded thing unless i'm around strong smells or some random other things

Hi ya... yeah I’ve had a lot of the dizzy and off balance issues before, mine lasted on and off for around a year until I finally stopped fearing it and started to do my best to get on with things and after a while it started going away but it’s hard work and takes time! All I can say is if you have been to doctor and have all clear and it can only be anxiety, then you need to do your best to not let it scare you! That’s all anxiety has, it can scare you but not hurt you! Most people with anxiety will worry about ms or brain tumours it’s normal to have those fears when dealing with anxiety! Try reading a book called Dare, it helped me a lot and is helping a lot of other people! Get everything checked if you haven’t to help settle your mind, don’t google anything!! Anxiety can def cause all the symptoms and more, they did to me I was at the hospital at least once every couple weeks and had so many things checked and was always normal.. try not to stress or worry x
