Feeling "off" slightly dizzy, pressure near my eyes and forehead after Thailand trip

Hi everyone, I'm new to this forum. I've been suffering for the past week and a half from this feeling of dizziness, as if I'm stoned but I'm not. I'm not experiencing room spinning sensations but I do get light headed. I think it started with Travelers Diarrhea when i went to Thailand on vacation, but during the vacation on the last day before my flight, I had a really bad dizzy spell that never went away. Now I'm constantly disorientated 24/7. Even when I got back to the states. I got my blood checked, I checked for infectious diseases but nothing...

The first appt checked my ear and there was no inflammation apparently and my second appt my doctor thought there might be toxins in my belly that can be contributing...

I feel so off, that I took work off for the past couple days but Idk how long I can do this for. It feels like my eyes when I look around (especially during the day) it feels sensative and overwelmed by my surroundings. Like they are sucked in. I have no headaches either.

Any idea or relief..? I got into medical school and I start in August but I'm so afraid this wont go away...I'm only 24.

I had the dizzy spell before I started antibiotics for travellers diarrhea when i got to the states. I was put on Azithromycin which helped my diarrhea.
