Stomach I have had endoscopy, barium , colonoscopy and ct and also nothing. Can anxiety be really this bad ? I don't want to star meds again due to fear of side effects . I really just wanted to vent and get some advice.

you can try magnessium foot soaks, meditations, acuouncture is very useful, reiki, massage, yoga anything that resonates with you. Other cultures handle it different. All seem to have meds interestingly enough, but there are holistic routes and traditional chinese medicine route as well. Herbs are meds too in hugh doees so be careful self treating. L theanine work a bit you can look into that. Melatonin i found was great it knocked me out cold was loving it but my sugar level dropped too much with it, but thats me maybe youd have better luck and it helps migraines too. Start in a low dose they tend to sell it in high doses for some reason. The ine that dissolves is good i think in a purple bottle nat something. I can post it lol it will gomto moderation.
The easiest and best thing i use daily is raw ginger. Slice it thin it is bitter. And nibble it down. One inch oer day. And drink water woth it. You can dip it in honey to help eat it. Def. help woth belly issues and dizzy and headaches. Stay far away from motrin and such bad for the gut. Stop caffiene, msg (hides in many fods) and alcohol.
Sweet potatoes are great for dogestive issues and healthy and good for all what you noted. Also large papaya if you can stand the taste . Some like it a lot. Sio ginger tea, chamomile tea, sweet basil tea (tulsi) all calming,

Yes anxiety can have hundreds of symptoms! I have had numerous symptoms. Including spastic colon causing terrible cramping in my stomach . I have all had all the tests to which all came out normal. I have had the headaches and pressure in the head etc. I have had anxiety since grade school and when I was in my mid 20s it all came to a head and I had about 10 symptoms at one time. It was basically a physical nervous breakdown not psychological. My body just couldn't take the stress anymore. My dad took me to a neurologist who couldn't find anything wrong. When we put too much stress and anxiety on our brain it can only take so much .
it took me many years to try and figure out how to manage this. Doctors don't even know what to do except prescribe anti-anxiety medications or depression medicine because they can't really see our symptoms like they can see a broken arm.
One thing to keep in mind is that any symptoms related to anxiety cannot hurt you! They feel weird and uncomfortable but that is it.
The goal in this is calming down our mind and our brain. that is where all of the symptoms come from with anxiety.
if you have underlying anxiety about anything in life, talking to a counselor who specializes in this can be very helpful. It has helped me a lot.
Another thing I do regularly is listen to audio meditations found on YouTube that deal specifically with anxiety, depression , Getting a good sleep etc. There are many to choose from. Pick the ones you like, use earbuds if you have them, Lie down and listen. Many of these audios teach you how to respond to anxiety and they are very helpful! This way your brain calms down and I have been able to reduce my symptoms by 98% by doing this and A few other things.
The worst thing we can do is react with anxiety when we get symptoms because that creates more anxiety and more symptoms. A vicious cycle.
another thing that creates more anxiety is sitting in thinking about all of this. Our brains tend to go to the negative if we let it
there is a great book that deals with all of this called mindfulness. If you can possibly get a copy of it it teaches us how to get rid of anxiety, proper breathing, negative thinking , Etc. Definitely worth the read!
some other very important things are:
get regular exercise which releases endorphins in the brain. This hormone is called the feel-good hormones and it reduces anxiety.
eat a healthy diet and stay away from refined sugar which causes inflammation and can increase anxiety and depression.
stay social, stay active, do things you enjoy and do things for others because that takes your mind off of your concerns.
don't forget to laugh and smile. That actually also releases endorphins in the brain!
I know life can be difficult, but try not to take life too seriously.
be a fighter for yourself! Don't let fear and anxiety take you over!
And NEVER give up!! 👍😁

Thank you so much and I will keep this in mind I think I also well get the book . It may help with my anxiety and give me something read and relax. And your right doctors don't know how to deal with it but I guess it's because it's not a physical part . The way your describing your stomach issues is what i feel . It hurts and it is uncomfortable but it's just there. I started going to therapy and I hope it works . It's hard and sometimes I want to give in to meds but that would just provide temporary relief and I want to fix it .

Yes, the only time I may take about a quarter of a xanax is if on the rare occasion I am severely anxious. It just takes the edge off. Then I will listen to the meditations.
But I normally don't take anything.
