I feel pain at the back and front of my brain most of the time for many years (like 7 or 8 years), i visited a neurologist but didn't came up with a solution.
Could it be for OCD or something else?

If you Google does the brain feel pain, the answer is no as it does not have brain receptors.
There are no pain receptors in the brain itself. But he meninges (coverings around the brain), periosteum (coverings on the bones), and the scalp all have pain receptors. Surgery can be done on the brain and technically the brain does not feel that pain.
