feeling paranoid, panicky & tired after starting 2day

Just wanting to know if this is normal, I took my first dose of sertraline 50mg about 8am today after getting it prescribed for postnatal depression on tuesday. I felt fine til about 3ish then started feeling really really tired, was walking round asda yawning my head off. I'm still knackered but was reading other posts and seems very common so I'm not really worried about that. But I'm now feeling a little bit panicky, irritable and jumpy and quite paranoid and also a bit detached from reality.

Is this normal? Will it pass?

The first day is the worst. I found most of the side effects tailed of pretty quickly after that. However 4 months in I still feel tired most days and a yawn a lot, can't seem to stop it.

Just a bit of advice if the tabs are making you sleepy try taking them at night rather than in the morning - it makes a difference
