Feeling pulse back of head

I have been really stressed and anxious these past few weeks due to health issues.  Now I have a headache on the left side of my head with a numb feeling and I can feel my pulse in the back of my head.  It is especially noticeable if I lean my head against the back of the couch or lay down on a pillow. I can feel it with my hand against the back of my head too.  I had a normal brain MRI back in February. My blood pressure is normal and so is my pulse.   Could this all be from anxiety?  Anyone else get this too?

Yes I’ve had this similar issue before. For me I believe it went away after a week or more. I felt like I might have some brain tumor but when really it was just anxiety. Hope you feel better smile

Yes anxiety has many symptoms everyone experience different symptoms than others, I get cold body parts sensations it's all because our nervous system is fighting, we need to try to calm our minds , I know is not easy but we have to try, try to do things more calm, calm music, affirmations, theres councelors on youtube too , watch positive shows on tv, etc?good luck
