Feeling really awful for over 2 months

Hi,

I am a generally healthy 31 yr old female with no prior medical history but 2 months ago I started suffering from

  • chest pain in my sternal area,
  • with what feels like intermittant shortness of breath, feels like its hard to take a proper breath in
  • dizziness (which was really bad for 2 weeks feeling like I am close to collapsing)
  • occasional episodes of really l weak wobbly feeling legs
  • occasional night sweats (not drenching)
  • my bowels habbit has increased recently to x2 day (not diarrhoea)
  • generally pretty awful feeling and really low mood im usually so upbeat and bouncy

Some days will be worse than others but its over 2 months now and no improvement. I havent been able to run anymore which i was doing up 4x week, its a struggle to go to work and then i come home and either nap or just lye on the couch

I've been to the Dr many times and booked for an MRI brain this Monday.

  • Bloods (iron, Full blood count, TFT),CXR, ECG all normal
  • negative pregnancy test
  • The doctor sent me to a therapist thinking I might have anxiety but even she had agreed that my ongoing symptoms dont really seem to be anxiety related

I'm interested to hear from anyone that can help me, I dont really know what this could be. Thanks
