This is a good place for a good rant. We all understand chronic illness can get us down especially during the down cloudy days of winter. Have you tried light therapy. I found it helps me a lot since I live in a cloudy rainy state for 7-8 months out of the year. It called seasonal depression. They are wonderful and vit-D works wonders most people and love in D due to lack of sunshine. The body makes D from sunshine and during winter it has not enough sun for this physical process.
Ask your doc about seasonal depression. It's worth a try to feel better.
Hopexxxx

A problem shared isba problem halved, and we all need to get it off our chest.
Anxiety and all its physical symptoms and the mind games it plays are very delibitating.. So dont beat your self upabout feeling really fed up about it.. Your mood will lift again.
You have come through it before and you will come through it again.
Keep your chin up... be kind to your self , use any coping tools that you know to see you through this rough patch .
xx
You are strong xx😊

We all go through negative days, weeks or months, it is part of the territory. Life is all not a bed of Roses and when our Mental Health is rough it never one of our best days.
when I feel down I look for something to do that will make me feel more positive. Up north today we awoke to White Hills and a really biting cold day, even Pax was fed up and would not go outside for His Walk. It took us most of the day to get Him out and the three of use braved the cold because He would not brave the garden on His own.
Most of my day has been spent catalouging books and sorting out new additions from way back into last year. What I am trying to say is look for something that will divert negative feelings and thoughts. I in the past would have sat in my corner and just sulked and feel worse because of it.
My Wife last night was ordering more plants for Her Garden, in fact She ordered several more fruit trees for the Orchard, this gave me a positive activity planning places to put them, so that also distracted my negative feelings.
Yes we can do housework, although personally that is not a distraction it is a chore. Something pleasent does really hits the mark
