Feeling really low with upped dose

Sorry me again, I upped my dose as dr suggested 4 days ago from 10 to 15mg escitalopram and another symptom I have is feeling really really low and can't stop crying! Is this due to the increase as my anxiety is worse and I only feel depressed when my anxiety is worse?

    Stick with it as they always make you worse before you feel better . You will get better it just takes time I know I have been there

    I just wanted to let you know that I am off escotalopram and feeling great now. No more anxiousness. I went off 5mgs every two weeks. It was very difficult near the end but now I am free. At the same time I slowly went on Trintelix and I feel very normal and happy. Thanks to all that helped me get through!
