I had a fight with My husband.

1. He grab a game station that is My brother and place it in our room.

2. I told him to ask before grabbing things because My brother might not like seeing in our room

3. Yesterday he was talking to his brother making me Look bad.

I have anxiety and panic attack this does not help. I cry and think to grab a knife and start cutting or run outside like a crazy girl. But i have kids and dont want to do all that. Im so depressed because hes acting so heartless 😪

He sounds like he was being pretty unreasonable and inconsiderate. Do you have any idea as to why? I think you should try sitting him down and talking to him politely about how he made you feel when that happened. Then maybe ask if anything has been on his mind, or stressing him out to the point of acting the way he did.

Judi89 this is how I feel sometimes you are not alone. If someone is acting horrible this will usually trigger me to. I hate being shouted at this gets me scared but then I also get angry and have irrational thoughts. Explain to your partner how these arguments make you feel hopefully this will help. I have a child to and feel like I constantly have to keep it together, never lose controll this increases my anxiety even more. If someone treats us bad we are not ment to know how to deal with these situations but try to stay calm. That's all we can do xx
