FEELING SCARED

HELLO

TODAY IS ANOTHER AWFUL DAY HAVING ANXIETY REALLY MAKES ME INSANE..I HAVE GERD FOR 4 MONTHS NOW WHICH GIVE ME A HARD TIME BECAUSE SOMETIMES I FEEL LIKE I CANT BREATHE ENOUGH THEN NOW I WAS DIAGNOSED OF NEPHROCALCINOSIS ON MY RIGHT KIDNEY AND CYSTITIS ON MY BLADDER..I KNOW IT MIGHT NOT TOO SERIOUS BUT IM REALLY SCARED BECAUSE I FEEL PAIN AND DEPRESSED..I HAVE SO MANY WHAT IFS EVERY TIME MY SYMPTOMS KICK IN..

SORRY FOR THE SPEECH JUST WANT TO LET IT OUT...

    I hope you are feeling better. Anxiety truly is awful. There is really no way around it. You just have to go through it. Every time you accomplish an anxiety goal, you conquer anxiety just a little bit. The more goals you set and conquer, the closer you are to recovery.

    hey you are not alone in these thoughts what is he condition on your kidney?

    i have intersitial cyctisis and when it flares up its so much pain

      DOCTOR SAID ITS ABOUT HAVING TOO MUCH CALCIUM ON MY RIGHT KIDNEY AND ALSO ME HAVING CYSTITIS...IT HURTS LIKE CRAZY SPECIALLY IF MY GERD SYMPTOMS MIXED IN...THE DOCTOR JUST GAVE ME PAIN RELIEVER AND ANTIBIOTICS..THOUGH IT HELPS TO RELIEVE THE PAIN BUT IM STILL WORRIED AND SCARED..IM NOT USUALLY LIKE THIS LOVING ADVENTURES AND EXTREME SPORTS BEFORE BUT NOW WOW I CANT EVEN RIDE A VIKING..IM JUST 26 THOUGH

    And now im freaking out just because of my abdominal pain cause of over eating and and having diarrhea..

      i have all these symptoms i drink a lot of water to prevent infection and it can be very very scary how do you get rid of the calcium on your kidney?

      ACTUALLY MY DR DIDNT BOTHER ABOUT THAT SO I THOUGHT ITS NOT SERIOUS...SHE JUST TOLD ME THAT I HAVE INFECTION SO IM TAKING ANTIBIOTICS..
