    Hi. Nj

i had a total hysterectomy 15 years at 42year old.

iv got a doctors appointment on Monday because I think I have a prolapse,

i to thought it was a water infection.

But iv bought a device called Kegel8 look it up. I think it's working for me.

    It helps your pelvic muscles

Bit pricy but if it stop me having a operation it's worth it

Did your doctor tell you what kind of prolapse? I've recently had surgery for a triple prolapse, anterior, posterior and uterine! My reason for ultimately opting for the surgery was stress incontinence, I did have discomfort too but I think I could have lived with that.

My GP told me, in the nicest way, that 'it's a bit like knicker elastic, once perished it won't spring back!'  Sounds harsh, but it's true.

Do as much research as you can, I've learnt so much on here, I'm constantly googling, having never heard or imagined what so many of us ladies have been through.

Good luck, and do try to be as fully informed as you can.

Well I had to see a male doctor as there was only him available, so now I have to wait to see a female doctor to do the examination. I'm not to happy with my doctor to be honest as I have to wait over a month for an appointment to see her. I'm going back tomorrow.

Thank you for your time I will look into it properly first 😘
