horrible isnt it..i was 42 when my periods stopped naturally..didnt have any flushes or night sweats..just terrible anxiety restlessness crying and general aches and pains..symptoms disappeared for a few yrs then have returned..could not take hrt as it put me in hospital with horrific migraine so bad i could not see ..they were worried about severe side effects etc as to much ostrogen thickens the blood..so have gone without ♥️

Ive had that a lot in the past year...been to doc for physical and tests and bloodwork and all is normal...except that I am menopausal. Ive noticed it happening less lately.

OMG Christine your 10yrs post and still have the nausea. i was in peri for 5yrs and now post meno 3yrs.

i feel sick daily which puts me off eating , i'll make a meal then can't eat it and i can't afford to lose anymore weight as i'll get weak.

my anxiety seems to be getting worse these days and i constantly over think my state of mind because i feel ill every day.

im wishing my life away, i get up feeling sick then somehow manage to get through work then come home wishing it was bedtime then if i can get to sleep i won't know how bad im feeling .

sending you a comforting slightly nauseating hug xx

I am not post, but have had the vertigo. Today was bad. Now headache and nausea. I almost wish I was pregnant, then I would know I would feel better soon...
