I wonder whether it's just the anxiety. I started vomiting last September - seven times that month - then they gave me Diazepam to stop it and as soon as I feel nauseous I take some. It always works. Must be because of the anxiety. I am getting slowly better. Perhaps your GP would prescribe just enough to stop your nausea. I wish you well.

Thank you for your quick reply.. Well i'm doing anything i can to try and not vomit - as for some reason i have a fear of vommitting im not too sure why i have that fear though ...

I'll speak to my GP and ask him to perscribe some medicine to help stop the nausea .

have you tried any natural remedies? when iam tired with muscle weakness i like to have a pinch of cayanne pepper, tumeric in hot water, and when iam sick to my stomach i like to have hot water with cinnamon in it or try and use more stuff like garlic when cooking.

    Hello Christopher,

Sorry about the trouble you are having....I have acid reflux and when it acts up I eat apples(only one a day though), mint, ginger and now a probiotic they all seem to really help. I used to take ranitidine etc. but the probiotic seems to really be making a difference with the reflux.
