Feeling sick over 3 months, Is this Epstein Barr virus (mono)???

so ive had the weirdest symptoms but the ones that kind of bother me the most are a sore throat that ive been having over 3 months with little bumps at the back of my throat, stuffy nose, occasional stomach pain that started about a month ago, a small chest sting that feels like i get light stabs around the left side of chest every once in a while sometimes even when i stretch or deep breath, and a feeling of a lump in my throat which started about 3 weeks ago and a weird taste in the back of my throat thats been there for over a month. Also i have this headache that comes and goes and feeling dizzy every once in a while and also having foggy memory. Ive been to the doctor and hospital a couple times already but they have all told me thats labs show im fine besides finding epstein barr. ive been taking an antivirus over 2 months but i feel the same. I feel like they arent really taking me seriously as i keep getting different random symptoms like ear pain, feeling fatigue, and back pain.
