Hi I have fibromyalgia and I have a lot of the same symptoms that you guys are going through. And I mostly stay in the bed all day and sleep. I'm very very weak and sluggish. I can barely use my hands and fingers and cannot walk very good as I cannot support my weight on my legs. So my question is does anyone else have some of these symptoms like me. Also what is DWF and what is pip. Thank you for listening God Bless to all. Huggs and prayers. :-)

I have times when I just don't have the energy to move my own body and I've found the more you push yourself the worse it gets so I try to listen to my body and rest as much as I can when it's bad and don't over do it when it's a bit better I hope you're OK x

I agree. Listen to ur body, know ur limitations and be mindful of a good routine including stretches and exercises. I have a rheumy who has helped me a great deal with medication to manage my Fibro symptoms all similar to what has been mentioned. It's a chane of life style too. I eat better, no sugars only fresh foods I'm sure u all know the drill. I do find it has helped me a lot.

A good rheumy can treat Fibro.

      Good Luck!
