Feeling so weak @ heart rate less than 80

Nowadays i am feeling so weak and can't breathe well just i wake up , i found that this always happened when my heart pulse rate is less than 80 ( normal blood pressure) , i am having high cholesterol & high triglycerides and 32 bmi

Indeed the last week i have some sudden blood pressure rise about 150/110 so i switched to low salt fat diet, and i had drunken a lot of natural diuretic and it almost became stable

So what can be my case?

Thanks all

Are you saying you wake up because your heart rate is below 80 when you were asleep? Mine is around 60 when asleep, dropping as low as 54. During the day I now get tachycardia.

Well , i didn't wake up because of my heart rate, i waked up normally as usual but t felt am so weak and can't make any thing so i measured the blood pressure and i found them normal but heart rate about 71 , it happened more than once

I know that 71 is so normal for rest stat but for me it makes me so weak
