Feeling spaced out

I have anxiety I'm only 18 years old. I feel a bit drousy and dizzy tonight and a bit disconnected from the world ? Especially if I go out in the day or night I feel quite anxious and spaced out.. I don't no if it's because I've just stopped tablets so my body is getting used to them without them I was only on them for a month. Just want to be able to feel calm
And happy in my own skin and not feel stuck in my comfort zone all the time and I want to be able to love my own company again can anyone give me some advice or re-assurance ?

Which tablets were you taking? Was there a reason for stopping them so soon?
I've just started on citalopram, feeling terrible too at the moment could you go back to your doctors and maybe explain how you feel?
Maybe try asking your parents or boyfriend to go with you so they can understand more. My boyfriend gets frustrated too so I know how hard that is. It makes us feel guilty for feeling like this!
