This is really hard to explain but I'm going to try. I have had this before but my health anxiety is really bad right now and I need reassurance if anyone has ever had this. So I woke up this morning and for about a min it felt like the strong sensation you get with the pins and needles when your leg falls asleep but without the pins and needles like it's hard to move your leg ? Does this make sense does anyone know what I'm talking about and ever had it. I am so stressed and panickysad

So it's kind of like the sensation you get before the pins and needles starts when your leg falls asleep

I often wake up like this. It's usually down to sleeping with one leg on top of the other, temporarily affecting the nerve supply, and it's completely harmless. If it's happening very often or the numbness lasts longer than a couple of minutes, see your doctor. Otherwise don't worry about it.

My hands and feet are usually numb and tingling when I wake. Are you on anything for anxiety?
