I would get your levels checked.

Hi Finley,
have you tried floradix liquid iron and vitamins? you need extra vitamin C to help absorb the iron. also, it takes time for the body to start to build up to normal levels and so give it a couple of months?
I bought it for a friend who was off work with iron deficiency and looked really ill. They've been back at work some time now.

Hi finley,
How long were you trying the liquid iron for and how frequently were you having it?
Have you tried taking liquid/oral vitamin B12 supplements?
Also, do you drink coffee, tea or energy drinks?

Hi again, Do you take your iron supplements before or after a meal and how soon after taking it do you drink coffee? I ask because iron is best absorbed on an empty stomach and coffee also inhibits the absorption of iron. I would recommend taking a B12 oral supplement every morning as well as I found that after doing that for a month or so, I saw an improvement in my energy levels.
Energy drinks are probably not the best option for you then if you already drink 4 cups of coffee a day. Why do you drink so much of it?
