Feeling too much concern

I usually have no problem of bloody saliva earlier but in past 2 week I do observe in the morning only after waking up at regular basis..I have no any medical history related to any type of health concerning factor....i have little blood came in night only when I Dont have taken rest for long hour .yet I have not taken any medication but as per the above discussion i too thought I am normal.. plz help me..and it seems like the blood came from my nose to mouth..hope I will got to know the exact solution.
