Feeling very strange in my head- blurred vision, sensitivity to light, ringing ears, detached

For the past 6 weeks or so I have been experiencing some very uncomfortable symptoms:
- Blurry vision, sensitivity to light, cannot really focus on anything. It feels like there is something in my right eye but there's nothing there and recently it has started to hurt. Outside in daylight can be really weird- suddenly everything becomes really bright and I get disoriented and I feel nauseous.
- A feeling of detachment or like I'm drunk. My head feels kind of heavy and everything feels like it is behind a screen or like I'm looking at the world from underwater. It is incredibly disorienting and distressing and I just do not feel like myself. I feel like I'm not really here it's so weird.
- Ring in my ears! Oh my god, this is driving me crazy. This only started a couple of weeks ago but it is constant. I used to love meditating and enjoying the silence but now I cannot do these things. It is mostly in my right ear I've noticed. My hearing isn't necessarily affected, it's just constantly ringing in there.
These symptoms are definitely worse in the mornings. I used to be able to jump out of bed but now I really struggle. And it takes me a long time to adjust to reality. I have also turned into a bit of a vampire, I try to avoid the daylight hours as much as possible and only go out at night.
I don't think I have any bodily symptoms. I sometimes get pins and needles in my fingertips but I think that is more to do with the cold. So all of these symptoms do seem to be only in my head.
I have been to the doctor and had a blood test for various things such as B12 deficiency, anemia, Vitamin A levels, diabetes, thyroid function and a load of other things. They couldn't find any problems there. Now my doctor is telling me to wait 3-4 weeks to see if the symptoms subside.
But every day is a struggle and it is all day relentlessly. I don't think this is going away. I have no idea what is wrong with me. Can anybody offer me any advice?? Any theories about what is wrong with me? I'd appreciate your help so much.

Brain function. You need to exercise your mind and also your body. You need to put your mind at ease, personally, and also try meditation methods.
