Does anyone else constantly feel weird even without the panic attack? I feel weird all the time like I'm not me? Anyone else feel this way and if you do what do you mean by the saying 'feeling weird'

thank you so much for writing this thread, it's almost bitter sweet knowing that i'm not the only one who feels this way... and the only i could describe it is 'feeling weird';  looking at other people's input, now i can narrow it down further for my first session of therapy. once again thank you!

Do u have children ? For me this has happened twice now. Once 6 weeks after my son and then again when pregnant with my daughter who's now 16months and I'm still struggling. First time I get better this time iv had to get a phyciatrist and tried a few different meds but I'm still in a lost foggy place most of the time

AM I the only male who's getting this feeling? Im 17 right now, i've been feeling this since ,hm, 12 years old.

I'm just getting scared from everything, the world around me. Sometimes its impossible to stay up and strong without holding my head or etc. Listening to music helps me a bit. I hate going to new places, its really stressful for me tho.

Atleast im glad that im not the only one feeling this.

I know how you feel. It's the worst and scariest feeling ever and no matter what I do or try to think of I can't stop it. I have it all the time and I cry so much because nothing will stop it, but I feel a little bit better that I'm not the only one who feels this way

Hi There how long has this feeling been going on for? I have had it for a day already it is no fun what kind of things help you try not to think about it?

A day? Seriously? People here are plagued every day for years. If you don't want to be the same, go see a Dr and don't take your sole advice for a website

Hi just reading ur messages, I get that weird feeling a lot, it scares me as my vision feels strange like seeing things very clearly and my brain not function properly..chest hurts, arms and legs feel heavy and feel sick. It comes and goes. When I'm busy it gone but mostly is when I'm driving or sitting down st home! Do any of u have that. I hate it as I just want a normal life as I'm happy with everything really.

I had this experienced today. The doctor bumped me up to 30mg of my medication this past friday. I was feeling like i was too relaxed like i wasnt inside my own body. All i wanted to do was sleep but i told myself to get up and shake that feeling off cause i didnt want my daughter to see me like that

I can relate to you, This is how I feel as well, Like butterflies all the time very shaky off balance all the time. I just don't feel normal as you would think. I get these sudden surges of not feeling good and lost, scared, and then mind start to tell me fear. Wish you happiness
