Hi ladies,
Do any if you feel constantly dizzy , legs like jelly at times, neck ache and your heart rate fluctuates pretty high at times?

it may be good to monitor your blood pressure too as i use to feel off balance a few years ago with painful neck and headache for many months, i thought it was perimenopause and during a routine visitat my doctors i was told my blood pressure is high, was told to attend the clinic daily for BP checks and had some high readings, im on meds now and its all under control. normal readings, i take my meds daily, no more off balance feelings or neck pain.

Hi Jill think every lady on this menopause forum has suffered all of these symptoms , its awful and nothing you can do to help yourself , my whole body aches today and legs like jelly , dread what tomorrow brings, we just have to keep going and its so hard ....

Yes i do . Sometimes i feel so weird and strange,out of breath,dizzy. Im two years peri menopausal and 6 months on hrt . Tbh this has knocked me sideways as never expected it to be this bad. From insomnia to severe mood swings,aches,paims,anxiety through the roof,crying,hot flushes through the roof . Oh the joys of being female

hi Jill am from Trinidad and we are all traditional in d sense of everything will pass . Women go through a lot . Am a single parent was not in a relationship for 16 years and now i found someone who am totally in love with and now all my symptoms acting up. I was told because am sexually active now it could happen . Any advice?

oh yes!to everything you said...scary when they first start up but you get used to them all. Horrible to get used to this stuff...

Add vertigo and nausea and you would be describing my day today. Best wishes. I hate the heart fluctuations.
