Feeling wierd after being given fentanyl in the ER

I was having stomach pain and it was assumed to be appendicitis so I was given fentanyl and an anti nausea medication while in the ER. Towards the end of my er visit I began having some wierd anxiety feelings that didnt feel like normal anxiety. I then went home and tried to sleep as I felt kind of wierd and then had a panic attack. I had never had one that bad so I assumed something was going on. The next day I had tremors and some anxiety. I made an appointment with my psychiatrist 2 weeks later as it did not go away. I was given propranolol and long story short it didnt help and in another 2 weeks I was given venlafaxine. The venlafaxine calmed the anxiety after a month but I am still having tremors and I just cant focus. I feel like my head is somewhat spinning. I've done research and the only thing I've found close is seratonin syndrome, maybe from the fentanyl and anti nausea meds reacting. Any input would be very much appreciated. Thanks
