Feeling winded and hard to breathe??

Does anyone while having a flare up experience times when it’s hard to breathe after doing something very simple? I can feed my dog or even drying off from the shower and start breathing very heavy like I’ve just run a couple of miles.

Yes in the early stages especially.

    I believe lack of oxygen.

Try ventilating room and deep breathing exercises.

It can be distressing. Hope you feel better soon.

Yes I have had this the last two years while I have been progressing in my fibro (was finally diagnosed last month) and it seems to be getting worse. I will get winded at the smallest things and it takes a while to get my breath back.

Hope you get some relief and if you find anything that helps let me know.

Hope you have a blessed daysmile
