Feels good to remember

It feels really good to wake up in the morning and REMEMBER what I did last night, what I said....what I typed....who is talking to me....who is not...

It also feels good to have things to do...other than sit on the couch and drink.

I woke up this morning and knew I was waiting for replies from some friends on here...and looked forward to chatting.....Life is good without a drink.

Thank you for your email, it was very positive, just the sort of thing I need to tell my friend.  He wanted to hear happy things rather than go to AA groups and get upset by people's sad stories

Thank you patricia...and my cat is really agitating me today.

for no reason except that I am tired....so I am not letting "her" know it...but I'm sure she can sense it..

She seems to want to lay either right on top of ME or the computer.....And I'm EXHAUSTED and my Dr. has no trust in me NOT to drink...so she won't prescribe any sleep medication (she doesn't want to kill me)...LOL

BUT she doesn't realize...I'm extremely snappy at ALL others right now. smile
