Feels like ear and tubes in ear are throbbing pulsating

My ears have been severely throbbing to the point where I put my hand behind them in feels like my hand over my heart like heart palpitations I felt a ball like mass above that left ear on temple leak and felt the fluids go through tubes and another big sac in the middle of my head and hot liquid pour down my back and neck and felt like tubed were expanding and nerve in. Cheek on same side hurting and jaw twitvh when I touch it my zpak didn't work and my ear being cleaned didn't help i went to sleep and the throbbing pulsating ball woke me up

    there is an artery that goes up the side of your head.  If you are having pressure in your middle ear than this can cause you to hear your heart beat.  Sounds like a bad ear infection and zpack never touched mine.  I was always given cipro.  I have also had swelling in the temple area when having an ear infection and also have had the back side of my ear swell also.  You need to go back to your ENT and get this checked out.  If this doesnt clear up then I would go to a Neurotologist which is above an ENT and deals with disease of the ear.  they are hard to find so do your research on them.  I had to travel 150 miles away to find one.
