Feels like heart skipped a beat

since this morning, ive been having this feeling of my heart skipping a beat every few beats, it actually started yesterday but the symptoms wasnt as obvious and was only very occasionally. Today the symptom is more obvious and constant when laying down and sitting, but when im standing up and walking i cant really feel it. I can feel the skipped beat in my throat, when i feel my pulse, it also pauses the same moment i feel the skipped beat, no pain. My stomach also wasn’t feeling well these few days. Ive had this problem a few months before, that was when I didn’t get enough sleep and was very tired those few days, that time the symptom lasted a few days then just disappears. Few weeks after that I had an ECG done and also a 24 hour holter, both results came back normal. The past few weeks had been busy aswell so wasn’t getting enough sleep, not sure if this is heart related? I’ve literally did the ECG and holter like 2 months ago and all is clear.

Did the holter monitor pick up any pvc's? They feel like a big beat / thud, its almost as though there is a little pause and then bang. I woke up with palpitations one night almost a year ago and can feel my heart beat ever since along with ocassional pvc's. I also was given a clean bill of health, honestly not sure what to make out of it.

Hey I have been having palpitations for years now ... I have had many ecgs over the years always cone back clear... I had a 24 hour holder monitor about a year ago which showed pvcs but the doctor just said it's normal everyone in there life gets them just not everyone feels them..... I've recently had another 24hour monitor due to a slow heart rate and more palpitations ... my heart beats around 54 at night it's frightening
I think we are just the unfortunate ones that feel them.. if your tests have all come back normal that's what it probably is...
Here's me givinh advice maybe I should take my own haha

Are you ovulating or premenstrual? I find that certain times of the month can affect my heart. The symptoms always get worse if I don't sleep and am very stressed. Try not to have too much alcohol or caffeine as they can make it worse. Keep a diary of your symptoms and see when it is better and worse, what you were doing, If you had a drink, how well you slept, what time of the month it was, etc. Then you can tell what triggers affect you.
