FEELS LIKE I AM SITTING ON A ROCK!

My buttock on my operated side feels like it is sitting on a rock when I sit down what is this?  Will it go?sad

    I had my right hip replaced in February, my left hip replaced 10 days ago. The right hip felt very foreign. I used to tell people it felt like I was sitting on a block of wood. That went away slowly, roughly after 4 months, completely. I do not have that sensation on the left side, at least not yet.

    I found that right around the 4 month mark, the right hip got markedly better, and very quickly once I hit that timeframe. I hope you also have good luck with that hard foreign object feeling soothing over the coming months.
