Feels like I'm losing my mind

Hello, On October 13th my left arm spasms in the middle of the night and I had severe chest pains, thinking it was a stroke I went to the ER. They conducted tests, and said it was low potassium. I followed up with my PCP that said my potassium was fine, I may be anemic. He referred me to a Hematologist, Neurologist and Gastrointestinal Specialist. The Hematologist said that I have low iron, but its not severe, and im schedule for IV Infusion on Wednesday. The Neurologist conducted office nerve tests, and a spinal MRI. I dont know the results of the MRI as of yet. I scared and worried because I have all these symptoms now, and I still don't know what is really wrong with me, and when I try to self diagnose myself using Google, I end up a crying mess. My symptoms are:

Blurred Double Vision

Numbness in both ears

Numbness in the Cheeks

Headache

Weakness

Fatigue

Arm Muscle pain, in both arms. Worst on the let.

Pain in the Palm of Both Hands

Tingling in both my legs

I'm praying that the IV Infusion works, and this is just causing anxiety and it will all disappear. I just wanted to know if this is normal for anemia. I've never been this scared regarding my health. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thank You.
