Feels like something is stuck in throat and white lump on tonsil

For the past few weeks I have felt like something is stuck when I swallow in the right side of my throat. It’s as though it’s been cut with something sharp, which I don’t recall happening. It has not gotten any better or worse. I took a picture of my throat and noticed my left tonsil has a small white lump which I’m not sure is related or something else entirely. My tonsils have always naturally been large so they're not inflamed. Has anyone else had something similar? Thank you
