Do you see a rhumey. There are many new drugs on the market besides steroids that can help give relief.

Sore feet and hands is the worst when working. You didn't mention what type of work you do. Is there any chance you could apply for disability?

Or find a job that is less demanding on hands and feet. I cannot stand long periods of time or walk farther than a block. My hands and feet are very sore and meds don't seem to help much. So I am retired early on disability.

    Kind Regards

Has anyone heard of a injectable called Alfotop from Romainia ? There is something else too, its called Tribulus terrestris, That is sold at GMC and Vit Man stores by the weight lifting stuff. Its made from the fruit of the Goathead sticker plant n family . We have that here in the Southwest desert. Check that or those out and also drink Turmeric tea!! I drink mine strong with 2-3 tsp of Termeric a pinch of pepper to help your body absorb the properties , I also sweeten with honey ..2 cups a day..even one and you will notice a big change in your morning stiffness and the pain. Peace and positive energy to you Lesley Your in my prayers

May I ask how old you are, Lesley?  I'm retired and the thought of doing a 12hr shift (even when I was young!!!) would terrify me.

Take care and rest as much as you can. (Easily said, I know)!

    Regards from Constance. 💐
