Feet don't feel cold but are cold to the touch. Is that unhealthy?

My feet never really feel especially hot or cold. However, when I touch the toes of one foot to the heel of the other, I feel that my toes are freezing. They don't feel cold on their own, though. Is this a sign of a problem?

No its not. Dont worry. Put your hands on your face and they may feel cold. The time to worry is when your feet are going white or blue and you feel as though you cant get warm, even with thick socks.
